Common questions

How does the free week work?
Both the Monthly and Yearly plans start with a 1-week free trial through the App Store. You won't be charged until the week ends, and you can cancel anytime before then in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.

I got a new phone. How do I get my subscription back?
Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases while signed in to the same Apple ID.

How do two parents share?
Devices on the same Apple ID sync automatically through iCloud. For a second parent on a different Apple ID, open Settings → Family & iCloud and link with a family code. Each Apple ID needs its own subscription.

How do I remove the sample students?
On the Today tab, tap the gear and choose Remove Sample Students.
